Product Introduction

Test and analyze a two-stage reverse osmosis EDI ultra-pure water system SSY-GDE is a complete set of ultra-pure water treatment system designed and produced by our company using reverse osmosis and EDI(or mixed bed deep desalting system) and other latest water production technology according to the water requirements of hospital laboratory, biochemistry room, laboratory and other departments. The system adopts PLC automatic control or relay control, simple operation, convenient and reliable, stable water quality, continuous preparation of ultra-pure water, can achieve centralized supply, to meet the needs of multiple water points. The quality of the produced water meets the water standard of China National Laboratory.

Technical Features

1.Water intake requirements: urban tap water, water pressure 0.2-0.4mpa,TDS≤300ppm.

2.Total water production: 300L/H (25℃ inlet water temperature).

3.Production water quality: The water quality meets the standard requirements of GB6682-2008 analysis laboratory I//II/III grade water specifications and test methods,electrical conductivity < 0.055µs/cm, resistivity ≥ 18MΩ.cm(raw water TDS≤300ppm).Meet YY/T 1244-2014 in vitro diagnostic reagent water standard.

4.The core components of the system, such as pumps, membranes, valves, instruments, and control devices, are imported or domestic first-line brands, which fully guarantee the stable operation of the equipment after long-term experience.

5.The reverse osmosis system is designed with a cyclic pulsating flushing function, which automatically enters the flushing process according to the set time to prevent the film performance attenuation (third-party certification materials are provided).

6.Adopt the patented technology of intelligent recovery of concentrated water to improve the utilization rate of raw water (provide third-party certification materials).

7.The multi-stage automatic pre-treatment system automatically enters the regenerative flushing state according to the set time (third party certification materials are provided).

8.Equipped with a 7-inch HD touch screen, water quality information is displayed on the touch screen in real time and supports historical data query.

9.Two working modes are designed. When the automatic function fails, you can choose to run it manually without affecting the normal operation of the device.
